STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the waves-34810 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT . .

STEP 6 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2018: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - PSP2018: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the 4 corners as indicated.
STEP 7 EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> HALF TONE DESELECT ,
STEP 8 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 4 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 4 Click OK
STEP 9 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 Repeat both Drop Shadows,
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with GREEN #035852 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with ORANGE #fb980b SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN #035852 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK

STEP 12 Open up the Pot of Gold image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 170 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 145 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 13 Open up the 17_March image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 170 Vertical Offset = 45 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 15 Open up the 9690c image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 16 Open up the shamrocks-36 image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the lower row of shamrocks Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ,
