STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load Pattern_4331 pattern in the foreground using these settings . .
STEP 2 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load metal pattern in the background using these settings ..
STEP 3 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel. Flood fill with the metal pattern LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with Pattern_4331 pattern ADJUST >>> BLUR >>> GAUSSIAN BLUR Radius = 40.00 ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST Brightness = 23 Contrast = 35 PSPX6-PSP2019: Linear Mode checked IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." STEP 8 Open up the graphic-2431 image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the top right image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ,
