STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the red spotlights image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options (Minimze for now) Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT

STEP 7 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 4 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 4 Click OK
STEP 8 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 9 Maximize the red spotlights image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT Repeat both Drop Shadows SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter the same coordinates. Open up the element14 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN DO NOT DESELECT

STEP 16 Open up the canada map image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 17 Open up the leaves17 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 20 Open up the canada_goose_by_walking_tall image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 21 Open up the mountie image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio."
