STEP 1 Open up the fe41-bgd image in your PSP workspace and minimize . In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK BLUE " #21618a " in your foreground Load LIGHT BLUE " #8db5d3 " in your background Load the fe41-bgd pattern in the foreground using these settings
STEP 2 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-PSP2019: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with fe41-bgd pattern . EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Mirror Rave >>> Quadrant Flip
STEP 3 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK BLUE " #21618a " in your foreground . (Changed from Pattern in foreground to solid colour)	BEFORE ...........................AFTER. ....
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE.
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the winter-landscapes-5 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT . ,
