STEP 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the Background-4518 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options DESELECT IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" .
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (Twice) CLOSE Copy (2) of Raster 2 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" PSP9 - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FLIP PSPX4 - PSP2018: Use script available for download at top of page. (Higher versions follow your version's method) In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
STEP 5 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT ADJUST >>> BLUR >>> GAUSSIAN BLUR Radius = 12 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> CHISEL Colour = #52907b
DESELECT Your image should look like this. SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> CHISEL Colour = #ffff00 Size = 12 Check Transparent ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

STEP 8 CLOSE Copy (2) of Raster 2 and Copy of Raster 2 With Raster 2 active With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2018: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2018: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the area indicated.
STEP 9 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 5 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 10 OPEN Copy (2) of Raster 2 and Copy of Raster 2 ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 2 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 7 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the Designs-150058-1 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - PSP2018: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE DESELECT
