STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX - PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with PALE PINK #f5e2e8 .
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the pink wave image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. STEP 9 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 Open up the FrameTemplate image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the area outside the template SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

STEP 11 ACTIVATE Raster 5 VIEW >>> RULERS Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX - PSP2018:Select your PICK tool Move the centre top node down level with the 76 pixel mark on your left ruler. Move the centre bottom node up level with the 524 pixel mark on your left ruler.
STEP 12 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select another tool to disengage the DEFORMATION / PICK TOOL With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the CENTRE of your image ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 5 Repeat BOTH Drop Shadows ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 14 ACTIVATE the TOP layer Open up the ribbon cnr image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 52 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 115 Edge Mode = Transparent
