STEP 1 Open a new image 800 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX - PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE #86aedf .
STEP 2 Open up the voda13 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Smoothing = 5 Antialias = UNChecked Select and delete the 2 'spots' indicated DESELECT

STEP 9 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 21 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 20 ACTIVATE Raster 7 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT CLOSE Raster 3, Raster 2, Raster 7 and Raster 1 ACTIVATE Raster 4 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN ALL LAYERS SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 22 With the Merged layer active LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with DARK BLUE #2559a5 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK GREEN #2ba8b6 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK BLUE #2559a5 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BLACK SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR

STEP 24 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the GREEN border ADJUST >>> ADD/REMOVE NOISE >>> ADD NOISE Same settings BUT Change "NOISE" to 40% DESELECT
STEP 25 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 6 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 20.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 6 Click OK CLOSE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Save as .pspimage image
STEP 26 OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the etangbleu_by_roserika image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 27 Open up the DC_Mute Swan & Cygnet image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 28 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name,
