STEP 1 Open up the cool-3D-bgd image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer Open up the pot of gold image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 20 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX9: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 20 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 95 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 40 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 85%
STEP 3 Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 2 Smoothing = 6 Antialias = Checked Select the area shown
STEP 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 6 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 15.00 In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 100% SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the rainbow8d image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 90 Vertical Offset = 90 Edge Mode = Transparent Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the area shown
STEP 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 70% ,
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the st_patty_by_maruhana_bachi image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" UNCheck "Resize all layers " ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 110 Vertical Offset = 65 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings
STEP 8 Open up the dancing-leprechaun image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" UNCheck "Resize all layers " ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 9 Open up the stpat67.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" UNCheck "Resize all layers " ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 10 Open up the Leprechaun_with_Pipe2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 20% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" UNCheck "Resize all layers " ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 11 Open up the STP96l00 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 12 Open up the StPatShoe image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 20 Activate the Merged layer Open up the irish-blessings-10 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" UNCheck "Resize all layers " LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 21 Open up the M17_frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EDIT >> Repeat Layer Merge Down
STEP 22 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 23 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 24 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 25 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 27 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 28 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 29 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 30 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options.
STEP 31 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu ~~~~~~~~~~~ View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
