STEP 1

In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
soul057 GRADIENT in the background using these settings
.

STEP 2

Open up the Festive Bgd image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer


Open up the Festive Oval
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


STEP 3


With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias =
Checked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - PSP2018: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX
- PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX - PSP2018: Use all layers = UNChecked

PSP9 - PSP2018: ANTIALIAS = Outside

Select the Festive Oval

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5

STEP 4

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with the GRADIENT

DESELECT

LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
STEP 5

ACTIVATE Raster 2

With your MAGIC WAND .. Same settings

Select the area
indicated.
STEP 6

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW

Mode = Replace

Antialias = UNChecked

Select the lower swirl

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Select your TEXT TOOL
with font and settings of your choice add your name

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP

Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Back to PSP.

and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop
