STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with BLUE #1548a5 Open up the wave element image in your PSP workspace Activate Layer 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to DODGE
STEP 2 Activate Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Greg's Factory Output Vol2 >>> Spotlight
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Open up the Pink_Tree2b image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio". STEP 4 VIEW >>> RULERS Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X9:Select your PICK tool Move the centre left node to the right, level with the 150 pixel mark on your top ruler
STEP 5 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select your MOVER tool to disengage the Deformation / Pick tool EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical offset = 8 Horizontal offset = - ( minus ) 8 Colour = Black Opacity = 65 Blur = 5.00 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE SAVE YOUR WORK

STEP 28 Open up the MD_Twinkle7 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is CHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ACTIVATE the Merged layer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options.,
STEP 29 Back to your tag image ACTIVATE ani 1 Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 35 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options ,
STEP 36 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
STEP 37 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 38 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options,
