STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with BLUE #006ce8 VIEW >>> RULERS
STEP 2 Open up the clouds_21 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 137 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN .
STEP 3 Open up the Blue_Sea image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 4 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X9:Select your PICK tool Drag the centre BOTTOM node down to the 600 pixel mark on your left ruler ,

STEP 11 Minimize the flying_birds_01_by_jumpfer image SAVE YOUR WORK ACTIVATE sea 4 layer Open up the flowing shape1 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 17 ACTIVATE the whale 1 layer Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.

STEP 19 Maximize the flying_birds_01_by_jumpfer image Choose your SELECTION TOOL... Same settings Select the lower left bird IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 80 Vertical Offset = 115 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer bird 3
STEP 20 Maximize the flying_birds_01_by_jumpfer image Choose your SELECTION TOOL... Same settings Select the lower right bird IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Check "Lock aspect ratio" ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 235 Vertical Offset = 50 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer bird 4 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 21 Open up the corals image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 22 Open up the anchor image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 24 Open up the CoralReef5 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 27 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown ,
STEP 28 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown ,
STEP 29 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' icon on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown ,

STEP 32 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop ,
RESIZING ANIMATIONS Click on the Title Bar of the frames Animation >> Resize animation Select width and height in pixels Click OK Save your animation
