STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with GREEN #1f4f00 .
STEP 2 Open up the abstract_cgi_spiral image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
STEP 3 Open up the Pot_of_Gold image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 190 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 225 Edge Mode = Transparent. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 10.00
STEP 4 Open up the Riquet_Tuft_1300sfw image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 45 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 45 Edge Mode = Transparent. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings.
STEP 5 Open up the 263857.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 136 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 43 Edge Mode = Transparent. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings.
STEP 6 Open up the Shamrocks_with_Gold_Coins image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 7 Open up the 96l00.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 8 Open up the Irish saying image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 16 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X9: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the centre of your image
STEP 17 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 8.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 5 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 18 Open up the shamrocks-deco26 image in your PSP workspace Activate layer 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 255 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 19 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP IMAGE >>> MIRROR
STEP 20 Open up the shamrocks-deco26 image in your PSP workspace Activate layer 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
