STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 690 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with PALE GREEN #d1f092. Open up the nature base image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> TWIRL Degrees = 720 EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> FEEDBACK
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE. IMAGE >>> MIRROR In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 60% LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 CLOSE Raster 1 and Raster 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to HARD LIGHT

STEP 7 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X9: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the area indicated

STEP 12 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the 1fae39 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN CLOSE the top 2 layers DO NOT DESELECT
