STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel. SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the halloween-nl18 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT VIEW >>> RULERS .
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 100% EDIT >>> Repeat Punch .
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rounded Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Place your cursor at 70 pixels across on your top ruler and 100 pixels down on your left ruler. Pull down and right, level with the 630 pixel mark on your top ruler and the 520 pixel mark on your left ruler
STEP 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur =15.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 5 Click OK DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 6 Open up the Tree-at-Night image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN DESELECT
STEP 7 Open up the a68f.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN IMAGE >>> MIRROR ,
STEP 8 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 40 Vertical Offset = 80 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the bat-03b image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 230 Vertical Offset = 165 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 22 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
