STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with DARK RED #510000. Open up the red-bgd-free-773 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 45 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 215 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 7 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 16.00
STEP 3 Open up the photo-frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X9: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the area indicated
STEP 4 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Flood fill with WHITE DESELECT
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical offset = - ( minus ) 1 Horizontal offset = - ( minus ) 7 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 16.00 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 Open up the cs_triangles4 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 12 Open up the Four-Red-Mom-Clover image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X9:Select your PICK tool Tilt the Rotate Arm down slightly.

STEP 15 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Sharpen if you wish. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 16 Open up the red-tulips image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Sharpen if you wish. Reposition with your MOVER tool. LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 17 Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 2 Smoothing = 5 Antialias = Checked Select the area indicated.
STEP 18 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE SAVE YOUR WORK ,
STEP 19 Open up the If Love Is image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 23 Back to the frame sides image in your PSP workspace Activate the short layer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
