STEP 1 Open up the vintage-49 image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the centre image. Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
STEP 2 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX- PSP2018: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 128 Edge Mode = Transparent,
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 148 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 4 Back to the vintage-49 image... Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the left vertical image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 285 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EDIT >>> Repeat Layer Merge Down EDIT >>> Repeat Layer Merge Down SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 Back to the vintage-49 image... Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the right vertical image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 2 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Transparent.

STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood Fill with WHITE Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.

STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 50 Blur = 5.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 2 Click OK
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical offset = 2 Horizontal offset = - ( minus ) 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 50 Blur = 5.00

STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Add (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2018: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the interiors of all 4 frames SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 8
STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 50 Blur = 5.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 2 Click OK Save as .pspimage image
STEP 17 Still on Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - PSP2018: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the interior of top right frame SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 8

STEP 20 ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND ...Same settings Select the interior of lower left frame SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 8 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Open up the Aggiornato 14 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
