STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with WHITE
STEP 2 Open up the 2622Swirls.jpg image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to DIFFERENCE.
STEP 3 Open up the ce-triple-frame-1 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X9: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the areas indicated
STEP 4 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 6 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the left-frame-corner image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 220 Vertical Offset = 170 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 6 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 7 Open up the Hibiscus image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 2 Smoothing = 5 Antialias = Checked Select the area indicated.
STEP 8 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 195 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 190 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 14 CLOSE Raster 1 and Raster 2 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN Raster 1 and Raster 2 ACTIVATE Raster 1 This is your frame Save as .pspimage .
STEP 15 Open up the Sanstitre67 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 16 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the area indicated
STEP 17 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 18 Open up the Sanstitre77 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 19 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the area indicated

STEP 21 Open up the buddies image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
