STEP 1 Open up the TRIPLE TEARDROP image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE .
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Alien Skin >>> EYE CANDY 5: IMPACT >>> Extrude COLOR = BLUE #73abc4
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLUE #73abc4 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN.
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the abstract-7-2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options DESELECT
STEP 5 Open up the light-blue-shapes-21123 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to HARD LIGHT
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Edit >>> Repeat Layer Merge Down
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X9: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the areas indicated.
STEP 8 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 1 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 10 DESELECT SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 11 Open up the border34 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 14 Open up the orchids_blossoms_62 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 270 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 155 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 15 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR
STEP 16 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 450 Vertical Offset = 295 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 18 ACTIVATE Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the area surrounding the "teardrops"
STEP 19 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 20 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR W0RK
STEP 21 ACTIVATE Raster 4 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings BUT .. change DIRECTION to 315 ACTIVATE Raster 5 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow. LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Edit >>> Repeat Layer Merge Down (Twice)

STEP 25 Open up the Mina@.mist.paesaggio3.9.6.15 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 26 Open up the e579fc00_L image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 27 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool Using a font of your choice Add your name
STEP 28 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image ,
