STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK PINK ' #c77777 ' in your foreground Load LIGHT PINK ' #eca8a8 ' in your background Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel VIEW >>> RULERS .
STEP 2 Select your PRESET SHAPES tool Select the "g" shape Using these settings Join = Mitre Join Place your cursor at 20 pixels across and 20 pixels down and drag your cursor to 680 pixels across and 580 pixels down and release. ,
STEP 3 In your LAYER PALETTE Right click on the Vector 1 layer and select "Convert to Raster layer"
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 5 Open up the pink_paisley image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options (Minimise for now) Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

STEP 7 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 8 Maximize your pink_paisley image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 15 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX9: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 15 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

STEP 15 ACTIVATE Raster 3 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the centre of your image SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 25
STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 17 CLOSE Raster 5 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN Raster 5 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 18 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK PINK SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with LIGHT PINK SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 60 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

STEP 20 ACTIVATE Raster 5 Open up the 4caa image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
