STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with DARK GREEN #599244 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> AAA FRAMES >>> FOTO FRAME .
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> GRAPHICS PLUS >>> VERTICAL MIRROR ,
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 0 Edge Mode = Reflect
STEP 4 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the CENTRE area of your image.
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the sql2k8BG.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 6 Open up the shape_E33.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 30 Vertical Offset = 25 Edge Mode = Transparent ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - X9: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE
STEP 7 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the area shown. SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
STEP 8 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Flood fill with DARK GREEN LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the white-dots-pattern image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - X9: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE DESELECT
STEP 9 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Raster 3 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the area shown. SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
STEP 11 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 12 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 10.00 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EDIT >>> Repeat Layer Merge Down SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 13 Open up the White_Lilium image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 162 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 120 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 15 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 3 Click OK
STEP 16 Open up the Cross_Two_Rings image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 270 Vertical Offset = 150 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 20 Open up the jcw_healing-hands image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 20 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 25 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 21 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name
