STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Open up the CC-Shapes5 image in your PSP workspace Activate layer 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 92 Edge Mode = Transparent.
STEP 2 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 12 Edge Mode = Transparent. LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. DELETE Raster 2
STEP 4 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 70% IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
STEP 5 Back to the CC-Shapes5 image in your PSP workspace Activate layer 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 245 Vertical Offset = 175 Edge Mode = Transparent.

STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 3 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X9: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X9: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the OUTER transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 8
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood Fill with WHITE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 26 Flood Fill the selected area with BLUE #013aa3 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 65 Blur = 10.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 5 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Back to the CC-Shapes5 image in your PSP workspace Activate layer 4 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 15 Open the A-single-white-cloud-agai-011 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
