STEP 1 Open up the A Place of Bliss image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Filter Factory Gallery Q >>> Mosaic .
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 0 Edge Mode = Reflect EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Mirror Rave >>> Quadrant Flip

STEP 6 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - PSP2018: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - PSP2018: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the centre of your image
STEP 7 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 3 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 75 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 3 Click OK DESELECT

STEP 13 Open up the Oval-33 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - PSP2018: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL COLOUR = #e79abd ,
STEP 14 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the area indicated
STEP 15 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 8 ACTIVATE the Merged layer EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 1 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 16 Open up the floral elements image in your PSP workspace CLOSE the layers indicated Activate layer 1
STEP 17 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY MERGED from the options. Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 18 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 60 Blur = 12.00
STEP 19 Back to the floral elements image OPEN & ACTIVATE layer 6 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options ACTIVATE Raster 1 on your frame image Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 20 Back to the floral elements image OPEN & ACTIVATE layer 7 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options ACTIVATE Raster 2 on your frame image Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 22 Back to the floral elements image OPEN & ACTIVATE layer 10 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 23 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 4 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE CLOSE Copy (2) of Raster 4 ACTIVATE the Merged layer LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE SAVE YOUR WORK ,
STEP 24 OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 4 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Check "Lock aspect ratio." Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool ,

STEP 26 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with WHITE LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Open up the c5986672 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 27 Open up the cickadesign@@265 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
