STEP 1 Open a new image 600 x 700 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Open up the curtain rod image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 3 Flood fill with BEIGE #b09f8c DESELECT EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE TEXTURE = linenPOP ,
STEP 4 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Alienskin Xenofex 2 >>> Burnt Edges
STEP 5 Rename this layer layer1 SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE CLOSE layer1 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.

STEP 9 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 90 OR EDIT >>> Repeat Shadowlab.. change DIRECTION to 90 DESELECT
