Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

Flood fill with

Rotation angle = 180

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL

Open up the
4th_July_free_vector1 image
in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.

Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = n/a
Rotation angle = 180
Edge Mode =Reflect

Open up the M36YZ.png image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 5

Colour = RED

Opacity = 100
Blur = 5.00

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 5
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing

STEP 7

Open up the J4_Covers.png image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
esp_red_white_blue
pattern in the foreground
using these settings

CLOSE Copy of Raster 1
ACTIVATE Raster 1

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT
SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT


Flood fill selection with the PATTERN

Rename this layer RWB Stripes


DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 11

CLOSE RWB Stripes
OPEN & ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1

Flood Fill the selections with RED #bd0d0f

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10
Flood Fill the selections with WHITE

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10
Flood Fill the selections with BLUE #050f4d

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings

DESELECT
STEP 12

Open up the J4-DECOS.png image in your PSP workspace

Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked


Select the R
ED STAR

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
STEP 13

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.


STEP 14

Continue PASTE AS NEW SELECTION until all
selections are topped with a star

DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 2
Colour = WHITE
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

with font and settings of your choice add your name

Right click on Title Bar and select

Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Hold down your SHIFT Key and click in frames F7 to F12

Animation >> Reverse frames

Right click inside
frame 7 (F:7) to activate and select DELETE from the options

You will now have 11 frames

Edit >> Select All

Right click on Title Bar of frames
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 70


Edit >> Select
None

Right click inside frame 6 (F:6) to activate
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time =

STEP 40

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop

RESIZING ANIMATIONS

Click on the Title Bar of the frames

Animation >> Resize animation

Select width and height in pixels

Click OK

Save your animation
