STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates. ,
STEP 2 Flood fill with BLACK DESELECT LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 3 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 4 Open up the JF_Baboon image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 154 Vertical Offset = 100 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 5 Back to the JF_Baboon image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings
STEP 6 Back to the JF_Baboon image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings Repeat these instructions until all 6 Baboon layers have been copied, pasted and offset.
STEP 7 Rename layers as shown.
STEP 8 ACTIVATE bab 1 Open up the JF_TestyBear image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 157 Vertical Offset = 105 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 9 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ACTIVATE bab 2 Back to the JF_TestyBear image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 11 ACTIVATE bab 4 Back to the JF_TestyBear image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 4 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ******** Repeat these instructions until all 6 Bear layers have been copied, pasted and offset. SAVE YOUR WORK ,
STEP 12 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load TickiesBGW0054 pattern in the foreground using these settings
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP CLOSE layers bab 1 to bab 6 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X8: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X8: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X8: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the outer transparent area Flood Fill with the pattern PSP9 - PSPX8: ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST Brightness = - (minus) 45 Contrast = 0 PSPX6 - PSPX8: Linear Mode checked SELECTIONS >>> INVERT ,
STEP 14 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 12 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 15 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with pattern LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM ACTIVATE Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. and while depressing your SHIFT KEY... Select the centre of both frames
STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 17 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 85 Blur = 10.00 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE .
STEP 18 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the ph49127.jpg image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN ACTIVATE Raster 2 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Rename this layer bgd
STEP 19 Open up the img-thing image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX8: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 140 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to DIFFERENCE
STEP 20 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Open up the bush_PNG7206 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 21 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the girl-back view image in your PSP workspace Activate girl 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (minus) 90 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 120 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer girl 1
STEP 22 Back to the girl-back view image in your PSP workspace Activate girl 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings Rename this layer girl 2
STEP 23 Open up the CC Frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 Rename this layer frame
STEP 24 ACTIVATE the bgd layer LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 25 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 27 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 28 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 29 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 30 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 31 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 32 In ANIMATION SHOP Select ... 'Paste After Current' on top menu EDIT >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 60
STEP 33 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
