This is a quick one...
STEP 1 .In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load the ' starrybgd ' pattern in your foreground using these settings. .
STEP 2 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with the pattern IMAGE >>> FLIP ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE . CLOSE Raster 1 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 4 Open up the zeus_by_bluezjj image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Sharpen if you wish. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 43 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> AAA FRAMES >>> FOTO FRAME ,
STEP 6 DESELECT OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE CLOSE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> HALF WRAP IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 7 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> AAA FRAMES >>> FOTO FRAME Same settings DESELECT OPEN Raster 1
STEP 8 CLOSE the Merged layer ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 Open up the flowerings88bylove image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect
STEP 9 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X8:Select your PICK tool Drag the centre TOP, BOTTOM, LEFT and RIGHT nodes out to the outer edges of your image.
STEP 10 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) , ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 11 OPEN & ACTIVATE the Merged layer Open up the Moon-stars image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - X8: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 0 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 13 Open up the WiseSouls-WA image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - X8: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 175 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 14 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 15 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load BLUE " #052c84 " in your foreground Load WHITE " #ffffff " in your background LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with WHITE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with WHITE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 16 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool Using a font of your choice Add your name.
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
