STEP 1 Open up the Rainbow_Wallpaper_by_SeoxyS image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE MINIMIZE the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer. . Open up the Abstract-Light-Pic image in your PSP workspace and Minimize
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with Blue #5a99d4 LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
STEP 4 Open up the Virág-dekor image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 125 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 85 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
STEP 5 Open up the element333 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE =65 % Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 120 Vertical Offset = 145 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 7 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load the Rainbow_Wallpaper_by_SeoxyS.jpg pattern in the background using these settings. You will find the pattern at the top of the options.

STEP 15 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool

STEP 20 ACTIVATE the TOP layer Open up the fillette et petit chien_by_miniaska image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the tuber text and delete.
STEP 21 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 10 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 40 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 5 Colour = Black Opacity = 65 Blur = 10.00
STEP 22 Open up the Spring is here Text image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the text "Spring" Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options.
STEP 23 Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
