STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with PURPLE #484b90 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with LIGHT PURPLE #6460f3 Open up the Scroll13.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

STEP 9 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the palecarnation image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 10 Open up the mask60 image in your PSP workspace and minimize ACTIVATE Raster 4 With your MAGIC WAND .. Same settings Select the centre of your image LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE UP Flood fill with LIGHT PURPLE #6460f3 LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE
STEP 11 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN DESELECT
STEP 12 Open up the ruffles image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
