STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with WHITE .
STEP 2 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load PURPLE " #655480 " in your foreground Load LILAC " #9d8eb5 " in your background ,
STEP 3 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 30 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 5: TEXTURES >>> MARBLE Bedrock Colour = LILAC #9d8eb5 Vein Colour = WHITE
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> GREG'S FACTORY OUTPUT VOL2 >>> POOL SHADOW .
STEP 5 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the pays-254-Azalee image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the area shown .
STEP 7 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. DELETE Raster 2 ACTIVATE Raster 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

STEP 9 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT Open up the mirror023 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE IMAGE >>> MIRROR ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 65 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 40 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings BUT change DIRECTION to 315 ,
STEP 11 Open up the 6627_493 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE IMAGE >>> MIRROR ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 38 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 70 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings
STEP 12 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 1 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X8: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X8: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X8: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - X8: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the part of the shadow shown.
STEP 13 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Lower the OPACITY to 70% so you can see the mirror below. Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 1 Smoothing = 6 Antialias = Checked Zoom in and select the area shown .
STEP 14 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Again with your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Zoom in and select the area shown
STEP 15 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Return the OPACITY to 100% Again with your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Zoom in and select the area shown
STEP 16 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 3 IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 17 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 18 ACTIVATE the Merged layer EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> 4 WAY AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> DIAMONDS IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
STEP 19 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.

STEP 21 ACTIVATE the Merged layer LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Flood fill with LILAC CLOSE THE TOP 2 LAYERS .
STEP 22 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the wallpaper_393 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE
STEP 23 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PINCH Strength = 75% EDIT >>> Repeat Pinch In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
STEP 24 OPEN ALL layers ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings ACTIVATE the Copy of Merged layer EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..Same settings ,
STEP 25 Open up the lavender-frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315
STEP 26 ACTIVATE Copy of Merged Open up the access_silkscarf_ph image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 27 Open up the m.c.lavender water image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
