I can't remember how I created the EasternDeco image so I've saved you a couple of steps by providing the finished image. *S*
STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load LILAC " #d3cdf5 " in your foreground Load PURPLE " #372e67 " in your background Then click on the GRADIENT option in your foreground palette and enter the settings shown. .
STEP 2 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with PURPLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with GRADIENT EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PIXELATE
STEP 3 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL .
STEP 4 ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST Brightness = - ( minus ) 38 Contrast = 13 PSPX6-X8: Linear Mode checked . EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
STEP 5 Open up the EasternDeco image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 92% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 156 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> POLAR COORDINATES Rectangular to polar Edge Mode = Transparent IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 10 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 9 EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE Edge Mode = Transparent EDIT >>> Repeat Circle EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> POLAR COORDINATES Rectangular to polar Edge Mode = Transparent IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings

STEP 11 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 3 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 270 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. same settings
STEP 12 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 13 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 14 Open up the 307504Sanstitre26 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Smoothing = 6 Antialias = Checked Select the area shown
STEP 15 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 Open up the AsianMusic-mull-SM image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 16 In your LAYER PALETTE move Raster 3 below Raster 5 Reposition the Eastern Lady a little to the left and up with your MOVER tool
STEP 17 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings ACTIVATE the top layer Open up the Oriental_Treasures_LCT_Oct_08 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 18 Open up the 7170.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
