STEP 1

Open a new image 700 x 600
Transparent background
PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit)
PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel


VIEW >>> RULERS

STEP 2

Open up the turquoise-leaves-15096
image
in your PSP workspace

Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked

Select the small leaves
on the right

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
STEP 3

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

PSPX - PSPX8:

Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

Choose your SELECTION TOOL... Same settings

Select the
large leaves

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Select your RASTER DEFORM tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings

PSPX - X8:Select your PICK tool


Pull the centre top node down to the 135 pixel mark on your left ruler



Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow

Select another tool to disengage the DEFORMATION / PICK TOOL

Then click on the GRADIENT option in your foreground palette

enter these settings

Select the CENTRE transparent area

Open up the NG~Akemesi1
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

Centre with your MOVER TOOL

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
