STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
STEP 2 Open up the Shamrocks.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool to the lower left corner
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT Flood fill with GREEN #083101 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK YELLOW #cea517 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN #083101 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK YELLOW #cea517 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN #083101 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 6 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X8: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X8: There is no " Sample Merged" and while depressing your SHIFT KEY... Select the 2 Yellow borders
STEP 7 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL DESELECT
STEP 8 Open up the Harp2124.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 9 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Raster 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with GREEN #083101 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK YELLOW #cea517 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN #083101 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK YELLOW #cea517 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN #083101 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 11 With your MAGIC WAND ...same settings and while depressing your SHIFT KEY... Select the 2 Yellow borders
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings DESELECT
STEP 13 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 14 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 ACTIVATE Raster 5 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..same settings
STEP 15 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 4 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 90 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..same settings
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Save as .pspimage image
STEP 18 Open up the leprechaun_by_kajenna image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
STEP 19 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image ,
