STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load the ' PatternH~00_GxChic! ' pattern in your foreground using these settings.
STEP 2 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with the pattern LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE CLOSE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE Edge Mode = Transparent Repeat 4 times
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX8: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 70 Vertical Offset = 130 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX8: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED Open up the RB_Oval.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT ACTIVATE Copy (3) of Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT CLOSE Raster 2
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Copy (3) of Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 ACTIVATE Copy (3) of Raster 1 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. DELETE Copy of Raster 1 ************ ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL COLOUR = #e8f2e8
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Copy (3) of Raster 1 EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel . LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 2 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT ACTIVATE the Merged layer EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT DELETE Raster 2
STEP 9 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 1 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 25 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 DESELECT
STEP 11 Open up the RB_Elements image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK,
STEP 12 Back to the RB_Elements image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 13 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK
STEP 14 ACTIVATE the Merged layer Open up the butterfly_and_swirls2_by_ashtonbkeje image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 15 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings BUT Change OPACITY to 40%
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 18 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 Save as .pspimage image
STEP 19 Open up the da-congjun2.jpg image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 20 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name,
STEP 21 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image ,
