STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel VIEW >>> RULERS
STEP 2 Open up the rope.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 0 Edge Mode = Reflect EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH Strength = 80% Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. DELETE Raster 2
STEP 3 Open up the SHfeather.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX8: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 165 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Transparent ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 3 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X8: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X8: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 6
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 1 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 7 Flood fill with BLACK SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLACK ADJUST >>> ADD/REMOVE NOISE >>> ADD NOISE
STEP 8 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE DESELECT
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the poppy&tube.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 260 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 30 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ,
STEP 11 Back to the poppy&tube.png image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the flower as shown
STEP 12 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 50 Vertical Offset = 225 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR
STEP 13 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 90 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 6 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR
STEP 15 ACTIVATE Raster 3 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the CENTRE of your image SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 6 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 16 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with RED #dd2f23 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 Flood fill with WHITE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR

STEP 19 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood Fill with Grey #d3d5d8 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Open up the mtfp_369_delicate_petals©scarlettchou image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

STEP 23 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image ,
