STEP 1 Open up the blue-seamless-art image in your PSP workspace and Minimize. In your MATERIALS PALETTE load blue-seamless-art pattern in the foreground using these settings.
STEP 2 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load Gold Foil pattern in the background using these settings.
STEP 3 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel VIEW >>> RULERS Flood fill with Gold Foil SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with blue-seamless-art EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 0 Edge Mode = Reflect DESELECT

STEP 6 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = CIRCLE Mode = Replace Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Place your cursor at 350 pixels across and 300 pixels down then drag your cursor down to the 470 pixel mark on your left ruler and release.

STEP 25 ACTIVATE the Merged layer Open up the lady in nightwear image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
