STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load GREEN" #007000 " in your foreground Load Gold Foil pattern in your background using these settings
STEP 2 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X9: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with GREEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Greg's Factory Output Vol II >>> Spotlight ,
STEP 3 Open up the swirl-elements62 image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the lower scroll Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Minimize the swirl-elements62. Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

STEP 18 Open up the HNY2017_WA image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the "Happy New Year" text Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 19 Back to the HNY2017_WA image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the "2017" text Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
