Open up the jeff-rowland-station-rain image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer

Open up the umbrella_girl_by_fli_nn image
in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Rename this layer GIRL |

Open up the dog64.png image
in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Rename this layer DOG

ACTIVATE the GIRL layer
Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Smoothing = 6
Antialias = Checked
Select the umbrella as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy from the options
Right click in your PSP Workspace
and select PASTE AS NEW IMAGE from the options.

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy from the options
In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options.
Effects >> Insert Image Effect.
Minimize these frames for now

BACK TO PSP
Open up the Rain.pspimage image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
With Raster 5 active
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with BROWN #6e6154
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with LEMON #e6d492
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with BROWN #6e6154
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing

DESELECT
Rename the layer FRAME

BACK TO PSP
ACTIVATE the girl and dog image
DESELECT
ACTIVATE Raster 1
LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER
Select your TEXT TOOL
with font and settings of your choice
add your name
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown
Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

STEP 17
In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.
Select
'Paste After Current' on top menu
Click 7 times so you end up with 8 frames

STEP 18
Maximize the UMBRELLA frames
Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste

STEP 19
ACTIVATE the girl and dog frames
Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Paste into selected frame
ZOOM in on the first frame (F:1)
and place the Umbrella image directly over
the top of the blue umbrella in frame 1.

STEP 20
MAXIMIZE the rain frames
Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste
ACTIVATE the girl and dog frames.
Edit >> Paste into selected frame
ZOOM in on the first frame (F:1) and place trying not to move your cursor
then click your left mouse button to place.

STEP 21
View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As
Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.
Name your animation.
With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH
Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop

RESIZING ANIMATIONS
Click on the Title Bar of the frames
Animation >> Resize animation
Select width and height in pixels
Click OK
Save your animation |
