STEP 1 Open up the magnify-bgd image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer Rename this layer bgd Open up the Wood Frame 15 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 40 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer frame
STEP 2 ACTIVATE the bgd layer Open up the china1 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 40 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer cats1
STEP 3 Back to the china1 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 40 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer cats2
PLEASE NOTE I have lightened the template in STEPS 4, 6, 8 and 10 examples so you can see where it is placed. Your template will NOT be transparent
STEP 4 Open up the template.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (minus) 150 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 25 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT ACTIVATE the cats2 layer CLOSE Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH STRENGTH 20% DESELECT Rename this layer km1

STEP 17 Open up the Magnify Border image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Rename this layer border .
STEP 18 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 19 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW, Same settings BUT change DISTANCE = 5 and DIRECTION = 135
STEP 20 DELETE Raster 1 ACTIVATE the frame layer EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 21 ACTIVATE the bgd layer LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN .
STEP 22 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 23 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 24 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 25 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 27 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 28 In ANIMATION SHOP Select 'Paste After Current' on top menu EDIT >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 60 ,
STEP 29 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
RESIZING ANIMATIONS Click on the Title Bar of the frames Animation >> Resize animation Select width and height in pixels Click OK Save your animation
