STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with RED #9d1111 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE VIEW >>> RULERS
STEP 2 Open up the bar_by_zeedox image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X3:Select your PICK tool Drag the centre LOWER node UP to the 415 pixel mark on your left ruler
STEP 3 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select your MOVER tool to disengage the Deformation / Pick tool ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 4 Open up the darts-vector image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the blue dart Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 5 Back to the darts-vector image Select the red dart Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 6 Back to the darts-vector image Select the green dart Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 7 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 ,
STEP 8 Open up the frame image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the Dartboard.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 10 Open up the k6479227.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool Choose your SELECTION TOOL ... Same settings Select the excess lower section of the barman, level with the bar
STEP 11 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 12 Open up the beer mugs image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 15% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Choose your SELECTION TOOL ... Same settings Select the top mug Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 13 Back to the beer mugs image Select the lower mug Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Rename this layer bgd SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 15 Open up the 3Characters image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer play1
STEP 16 CLOSE play 1 Back to the 3Characters image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer play2
STEP 17 CLOSE play2 Back to the 3Characters image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 18 CLOSE play3 OPEN & ACTIVATE play1 Open up the dart player image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 215 Vertical Offset = 1 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 19 CLOSE play1 OPEN & ACTIVATE play2 Open up the dart player image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 210 Vertical Offset = 2 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 19B CLOSE play2 OPEN & ACTIVATE play3 Open up the dart player image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 206 Vertical Offset = 1 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 20 Open up the mini dart image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer dart1
STEP 21 The mini dart should still be on your clipboard Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer dart2
STEP 22 The mini dart should still be on your clipboard Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer dart3
STEP 23 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Activate dart2 layer Repeat Drop Shadow Activate dart1 layer Repeat Drop Shadow
STEP 24 ACTIVATE the Merged layer LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 25 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 27 In ANIMATION SHOP Select ... 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 28 In ANIMATION SHOP Select ... 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 29 In ANIMATION SHOP Select ... 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 30 In ANIMATION SHOP Select ... 'Paste After Current' on top menu Depress your SHIFT key and click inside frames F:1 and F:2 Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 60 ********* Depress your SHIFT key and click inside frames F:3 and F:4 Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 20 ********* Right click inside last frame F:5 and select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 100
STEP 31 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
