STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with WHITE VIEW >>> RULERS Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE TEXTURE = esp_snow_packed , DESELECT
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the wave_function image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to HARD LIGHT .
STEP 4 Open up the pays-171-Azalee image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE With your MOVER TOOL move the image slightly to the right so the watermark is visible Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Slect the watermark and DELETE .
STEP 5 DESELECT LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN With your MOVER TOOL move the image back to the left.
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 7 Flood fill with BLACK SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with WHITE DESELECT
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options ACTIVATE Raster 4 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X8: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X8: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X8: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the white area Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 9 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X8:Select your PICK tool Pull the centre right node left to the 180 pixel mark on your top ruler
STEP 10 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Change the MODE to PERSPECTIVE Default settings Pull the top right node down to the 160 pixel mark on your left ruler. THEN pull the bottom left node down to the 530 pixel mark on your left ruler.
STEP 11 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 12 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 13 Open up the Christmas1.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X8:Select your PICK tool Move the word art to the left as shown to fit in the image below
STEP 14 Change the MODE to PERSPECTIVE Default settings Pull the lower left node down to the 500 pixel mark on your left ruler Pull the top left node down to the 380 pixel mark on your left ruler NOTE: If using a later version of PSP you may need to use the Free mode to move the image as both top and bottom move in Perspective mode
STEP 15 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN (Twice)
STEP 16 Open up the mou_thetree image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Open up the Boys Best Friend_RobertDuncan_6-03~pjs image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 18 Open up the kikirou1102_Christmas_snow_by_Mar_ka image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 19 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with WHITE SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 20 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 5: NATURE >>> Drip Click the SETTINGS Tab and select the setting shown ,
STEP 21 Click the DRIP Tab and enter these settings Click OK
STEP 22 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT ADJUST >>> ADD/REMOVE NOISE >>> ADD NOISE DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 23 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK
STEP 24 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 25 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 26 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT
STEP 27 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0
STEP 28 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECT your TEXT tool With a font of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLACK SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 29 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
