STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL.
STEP 2 Open up the rainbow-hearts.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 0 Saturation = 255
STEP 3 ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST. PSPX6: Linear mode checked EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> GREG'S FACTORY OUTPUT Vol II >>> SPOTLIGHT
STEP 4 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with PINK #febfbe EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS .COLOUR = #760606
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS Select the large heart SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 20
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 7 DESELECT ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the valmouse3 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 8 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X6:Select your PICK tool Drag the rotating arm down slightly and reposition the image
STEP 9 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 10 Open up the Heart-designs-vector image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the heart shown Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 11 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 13 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings
STEP 14 Back to the Heart-designs-vector image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the heart shown Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 15 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 16 Back to the Heart-designs-vector image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the heart shown Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 17 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 18 Back to the Heart-designs-vector image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the heart shown Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

STEP 20 Open up the calendar.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 21 Open up the MD~lady with mask image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
