STEP 1 Open up the blue-and-grey-stripes image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer .
STEP 2 Open up the blue-square-walls image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Transparency >>> Eliminate Black Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates. , EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 60% Change the BLEND MODE to OVERLAY EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
STEP 4 Open up the blue-swirls2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (Minus) 130 Edge Mode = Transparent.
STEP 5 Open up the showgirl scroll image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 ,
STEP 6 ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 154 Saturation = 100 IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (Minus) 205 Vertical Offset = - (Minus) 60 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

STEP 10 Open up the poppy5 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 11 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN TWICE ACTIVATE Raster 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK BLUE #063898 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK

STEP 13 Flood fill with DARK BLUE #063898 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 14 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X6: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the LIGHT BLUE section of the border
