STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X7: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE #1198cc LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK BLUE #0d649f .
STEP 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TILES COLOR = BLACK
STEP 3 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 7 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK DESELECT.
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the beach.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X7: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X7: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X7: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the OUTER area
STEP 6 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK DESELECT ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN.
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 8 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the lines element.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - X7: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = PURPLE #000080 Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> WAVE
STEP 11 CLOSE Raster 4 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the fishing net.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> MIRROR IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 13 Open up the grey octopus image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 CLOSE Raster 5 and Raster 6 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Smoothing = 6 Antialias = Checked Select the 'ocean' area ,
STEP 15 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE TEXTURE = water DESELECT ,
STEP 16 Open up the banyista_Fred Calleri image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 17 Open up the Dolphin-002_molly image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 18 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 15 Antialias = UNChecked Select the area shown
STEP 19 Hit your DELETE key 4 times DESELECT
STEP 20 OPEN Raster 4, 5 and 6 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the banyista_Fred Calleri 8 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 21 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the area shown
STEP 22 Hit your DELETE key once DESELECT Reposition with your MOVER tool CLOSE the top layer ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 23 Open up the E32.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 24 Open up the sailship.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 25 Open up the libellulegraphisme_mouettes image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 26 OPEN the top layer LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool Using a font of your choice Add your name ,
STEP 27 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image ,
