STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with GREEN #27480c VIEW >>> RULERS
STEP 2 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE PATTERN = dbg120 COLOUR = #3f941e .
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR.
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE TEXTURE = Grain long deep ,
STEP 6 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW DESELECT
Your image should look like this ... this is the lower section.
STEP 7 Open up the st-pats.jpg image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ,
STEP 8 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X6:Select your PICK tool Drag the centre top node up to the top of your image. Drag the centre bottom node up to the 350 pixel mark on your left ruler
STEP 9 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR. Same settings
STEP 10 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 18 Edge Mode = Transparent

STEP 12 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (minus) 100 Vertical Offset = 73 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR. Same settings
STEP 13 IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 140 Edge Mode = Transparent ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 14 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK
STEP 15 Open up the Kristin-SD-Wordart2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0
STEP 16 Open up the descending-pilons.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE IMAGE >>> MIRROR ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 17 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (minus) 180 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 70 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR. STEP 25 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
