STEP 1 Open up the orange-translucent-waves image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer.
STEP 2 On your duplicated image.... EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect
STEP 3 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with ORANGE #f96f13
STEP 4 Back to the orange-translucent-waves duplicated image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX7: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
STEP 6 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X7:Select your PICK tool Drag the centre left and centre right nodes out to the edges of the tag image
STEP 7 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to DIFFERENCE

STEP 9 Open up the HailsBarbara-Courtyard_at_Twilight-We@WWSA-misteries image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (Minus) 50 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 10 Open up the Digital-flowers image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (Minus) 80 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW
Your image should look like this.
STEP 11 Open up the Mina@.bimba2.22.04.15 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN IMAGE >>> MIRROR
STEP 12 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the tuber information and DELETE. Then DESELECT.
STEP 13 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 105 Vertical Offset = 60 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW Same settings LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
STEP 14 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the 7f0b7e5e.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 45% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool

STEP 23 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool Using a font of your choice Add your name
