This is quick and easy.
STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
STEP 2 Open up the GreenWaves58 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP IMAGE >>> MIRROR In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to OVERLAY
STEP 4 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with GREEN #4c921f SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with YELLOW #f1e041 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Cybia Screenworks >>> Dot Screen DESELECT
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 7 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 8 Open up the stpattys70.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 9 Open up the Shamrocks_with_Gold_Coins image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 0 Open up the STPatPartySign_cc_05[1] image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 11 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings .
STEP 12 Open up the ciaran_lucas_by_charco image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> MIRROR IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 13 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN ACTIVATE Raster 5 Open up the IRISH263857.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK GREEN #004500 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with YELLOW #f1e041 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK GREEN #004500 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 15 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315
STEP 16 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECT your TEXT tool With a font of your choice add your name
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image ,
