STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK GREEN " #256800 " in your foreground Load LIGHT GREEN " #4e9b0a " in your background Then load " sarah " Gradient in the background using these settings
STEP 2 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X8: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with LIGHT GREEN #4e9b0a EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Cybia >>> Screenworks >>> Pin Hole EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Greg's Factory Output Vol II >>> Pool Shadow
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 4 Flood fill with DARK GREEN DESELECT Open up the Christmas_Border image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 95 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 5 CLOSE Raster 3 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the oval.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT Select your FLOOD FILL tool (Tolerance = 200) Flood fill with LIGHT GREEN
STEP 6 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with Gradient SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with LIGHT GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with Gradient SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 7 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X8: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X8: There is no " Sample Merged" PSP9 - X8: ANTIALIAS = Outside Select the 2 green borders
STEP 8 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL DESELECT
STEP 9 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace (All other settings the same) Select the centre of your image SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 6 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Raster 1 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Raster 4 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 11 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the outer area SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 DESELECT OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 3
STEP 13 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings BUT change DIRECTION to 270
STEP 14 Open up the 1kerststerpat.psp image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - ( minus ) 130 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 170 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 15 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings BUT change DIRECTION to 315 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 16 Open up the Christmaswords-bybarb2012 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - ( minus ) 200 Edge Mode = Transparent EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0
STEP 17 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Change the settings for the GRADIENT
STEP 18 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK GREEN SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GRADIENT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with DARK GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BLACK SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 19 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Save as .pspimage image
STEP 20 Open up the wonder.jpg image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options . LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE ,
STEP 21 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name
STEP 22 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image ,
