STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X7: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with WHITE CLOSE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with GREEN #65a80f
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the cute_rainbow_bolt image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Transparency >>> Eliminate Black LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN CLOSE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect
STEP 3 In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to HARD LIGHT OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 3 IMAGE >>> MIRROR EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = n/a Rotation Angle = 180 Edge Mode = Reflect In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to DIFFERENCE
STEP 4 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load 005_verloop6-ca pattern in the foreground and GREEN #65a80f in the background using these settings	.
STEP 5 With Raster 3 active Open up the ovalshape4 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT Select FLOOD FILL tool Change MATCH MODE to None Flood fill with gold pattern SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with GREEN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with gold pattern SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 6 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 2.00 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK
STEP 7 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X6: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the centre of the oval frame SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 10
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the leafborder image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
STEP 27 ACTIVATE the Merged layer LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECT your TEXT tool With a font of your choice add your name ,
STEP 28 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
