CREAM #f9ead5 in your foreground
TAN #c5ad91 in your background
Open a new image 600 x 700
Transparent background
PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit)
PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
Flood fill with TAN

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> WEAVE
Gap colour = TAN
Weave colour = BLACK |

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL |

STEP 4
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

STEP 5
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

ACTIVATE Raster 1
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>>
PERSPECTIVE VERTICAL

STEP 7
Select your RASTER DEFORM tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings
PSPX - X6:Select your PICK tool
Drag the centre bottom node UP level with the top of the 2nd border

Drag the centre top node DOWN below the 2nd border

Drag the centre left and right nodes towards the centre as shown
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow
Select another tool to disengage the DEFORMATION / PICK TOOL

STEP 8
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> FLIP
ACTIVATE Raster 1
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with CREAM
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> WEAVE
Same settings
ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 (TOP layer)
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged"
Select the CENTRE area of your image

Repeat Drop Shadow.
ACTIVATE (upper) Copy of Raster 1
Repeat Drop Shadow.

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315
ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1
Repeat Drop Shadow.
ACTIVATE (lower) Copy of Raster 1
Repeat Drop Shadow.
ACTIVATE Raster 1
Repeat Drop Shadow.
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

STEP 12
Open up the Frame1.png image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the CENTRE area of your image
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2 |

STEP 14
ACTIVATE the Merged layer
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
Same settings
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Save as .pspimage image

STEP 15
Open up the hefferan20 image in your PSP workspace
Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION
symbol
and enter these coordinates. |

STEP 16
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Select your TEXT tool
and with a font of your choice add your name |
