STEP 1

In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load
BLUE " #637fbf " in your foreground
Load
WHITE " #ffffff " in your background
Then click on the GRADIENT option
in your foreground palette


Enter these settings
STEP 2

Click on "Swap Colours" arrow
so the BLUE is In the background
STEP 3

Open a new image 700 x 550
Transparent background
PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit)
PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel


Flood fill with Blue

Click on "Swap Colours" arrow
so the
WHITE is In the background
STEP 4

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with GRADIENT

Open up the
zuzzanna_mask61 image
in your PSP workspace
and minimize


LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE
STEP 5

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP

IMAGE >>> RESIZE =
80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity =
80
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK


ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 6

Open up the blank5.png image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT
SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT
STEP 7

CLOSE Raster 2

ACTIVATE Group Raster 2
EDIT >>> CLEAR

ACTIVATE Raster 1
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

DELETE Raster 2
STEP 8

ACTIVATE Raster 1

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>>
WEAVE
Weave Colour = #203658
Gap Colour = White
STEP 9

ACTIVATE Group Raster 2

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX
- X6: There is no " Sample Merged"


Select the area outside the "mask" layer
STEP 10

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
STEP 11

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135

DESELECT
STEP 12

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the CENTRE transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

Same settings

STEP 14

DESELECT

ACTIVATE Group Raster 2

Open up the élement 2.png
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = - (Minus) 315
Vertical Offset = 0
Edge Mode =
Transparent

Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked

Select the area shown
STEP 15

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT


LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2
Colour = Black
Opacity =
80
Blur = 2.00


ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 16

Back to the élement 2.png image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

PSPX - PSPX6:
IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED


EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset =
0
Vertical Offset = 245
Edge Mode =
Transparent

STEP 17

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>>
FLIP
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

With your MAGIC WAND

Select the WHITE border

Select your TEXT tool
and with a font of your choice add your name

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Save your frame
STEP 26

Open up the hallelujah.jpg
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Reposition with your MOVER tool

STEP 27

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Save as .jpg image
